Most of our digital keys are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive an email with the key, and it will also be available in your Account Dashboard under 'My Orders'.
Pending usually means our system is verifying your payment. This can happen for new accounts or large orders to prevent fraud. Verification typically takes less than 15 minutes.
Yes! We offer pre-orders for major upcoming titles. You will usually receive your key a day before or exactly on the release date, depending on the publisher's embargo.
No, ACARDO is a 100% digital platform. We only sell digital game keys, software licenses, and gift cards. You will not receive any physical boxes or discs.
